RocketFang LLC operates the Shardbattle website and waitlist. Joining is optional and does not create a game account or guarantee access to a test.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, which public pages people view, campaign sources, and successful waitlist submissions by platform. Google uses analytics cookies to measure visits and engagement. We do not send your email address, other contact details, admin activity or private player-page links to Google Analytics. Advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline or withdraw using “Cookie choices” on any public page. Declining does not affect the website or waitlist. Google may process analytics data outside your country. Analytics cookies expire after 90 days; the separate waitlist retention policy below continues to apply.

What we collect

When you join, we store your email address, selected platform, signup time, signup source and the version of the consent notice you accepted. We use this information to send the Shardbattle development and launch news you requested.

How we look after it

The waitlist is stored separately from game accounts in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare hosts this site and processes network information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect it. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the signup and contact forms. Turnstile processes browser and network signals to distinguish real visitors from bots. We do not store your IP address in the waitlist. We do not sell your email address or use advertising trackers on this site.

Leaving the list

Write to us through the contact form, using the address you signed up with, to leave the list, request a copy of your entry, or ask for its deletion. Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. We keep your entry until the waitlist ends or you request deletion. After you unsubscribe, we retain signup and suppression information to avoid contacting you again, unless you request deletion or we need to retain information to meet a legal obligation.

Contact messages

Messages you send through the contact form reach us by email with your name, address, topic and message. We use them only to reply to you. The site does not store them.

Questions and privacy rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, using the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to contact your local data protection authority. Cloudflare may process data outside your country. The waitlist is intended for people aged 16 or older.
